What We Do
Every year, our communities are reminded that the power of our vote is vital in shaping the present and future of our local, state, and federal governments. It is because through our vote e are able to decide the direction of our communities toward a more just and equitable society.
But the reality is BIPOC, Immigrant, LGBTQ+, Workers, Youth & Women across New Mexico face many challenges, systemically, to make their voices heard and make use of their political power. So this is where we step in! By educating, increasing access, and elevating the opportunities to use our political power for change by getting involved in elections across ‘The Land of Enchantment’.
Our Mission
At Semilla Action, we believe we can advance and achieve equity, justice, wellbeing, and opportunities for our families and communities by empowering and activating the BIPOC, Immigrant, LGBTQ+, Workers, Youth & Women electorate in New Mexico.
Your donations help us engage our communities across NM
Every donation is significant and appreciated. Thanks to your support we can contnue to educate and activate memebrs of our community to reclaim their power and their say in our democracy. Donate today & let’s build power together!
Let’s Build Power Together!
At Semilla Action we are always looking for new community leaders seeking to get involved in our work to empower, engage, and activate our communities and their political power. If this sounds like a good fit for you, sign up to get updates and to find ways to get involved throughout the year across all of New Mexico:
